Six Blind Men, an Elephant and the Church

A strange thing called an elephant was given to the little village of blind people. The story goes that the village of blind people formed a delegation of six blind men who had never heard of an elephant, to find out what the elephant is like. The first man handled its trunk and thought it to surely be like a BIG SNAKE! The second man felt its tail and concluded it to be like a ROPE! A third man felt its ear and believed it to be like a FAN! The fourth man felt one of its legs and concluded it to be like a TREE TRUNK or a PILLAR! The fifth man felt its side and knew for certain it to be like a WALL! The last man touched its tusk and knew without a doubt it to be like a SPEAR!

After their examination of the elephant, they called a council meeting together to report their findings to the little village of blind people. When none of the delegation could agree, they all parted, being sure the others were very much deceived or good liars. Each man gathered people around him that agreed with him and vowed to expose the errors of the others. As time went on, the whole village of blind people were at war with one another. Each vowed to stop the “heretics” from spreading their lies in the little village of blind people.

Peace came one day when a person with good eyesight gathered the blind people together and explained to them what the elephant is really like and how it is to be used to bring a better life to everyone in the village. Everyone was content. They received forgiveness as they made peace with one another.

What the apostate church is doing is far worse than misinterpreting the likes of an elephant. People’s eternal destinies are at stake! As bizarre as this example may seem, what is happening in our so-called Christian churches is even more bizarre. These “blind leaders of the blind” have infiltrated our Christian churches and are leading people to a false security, leading themselves and others into eternal damnation! Such people are described in 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 – “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves (metaschmatizomenoi) into apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself transforms himself (metaschmatizetai) into an angel of light. Therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers (servants) also transform themselves (metaschmatizontai) as the ministers (servants) of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” This very moment we have many church denominations (not necessarily Christian) that are passing themselves off as Christian churches that are far from the plain teachings of the Christian faith. The following lists just a few who are non-Christian cults, guilty of calling themselves Christian:

  • The Roman Catholic Church, which claims the pope can command God and worships the Eucharist as the Lord Jesus Christ;

  • the Jehovah Witnesses, who call Jesus Michael the Archangel;

  • the Church of Latter Day Saints of Jesus Christ, which calls Jesus the brother of Satan;

  • the Seventh Day Adventists, who call Jesus Michael the Archangel;

  • the Contemplative Churches that do not preach against sin;

  • the Social Gospel Churches that put good works above faith in the Lord Jesus Christ;

  • Christian Science, which is neither Christian or science; and

  • Chrislam, which seeks to mix Christianity together with the pagan religion of Islam.

They organized denominations to safeguard and support their pseudo-Christian view of the nature of the Christian Church and its mission. They trash the Bible, claim to have equal revelation from places other than the Bible or misinterpret the Bible. They claim their further revelations bring the Bible up-to-date. Every one of these consider themselves to be the only true Church. The truth is, they are enemies of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ! This has caused general confusion to break out. They are germinating divisions and strife against the true body of Christ Jesus.

Peace will come only when the Holy Spirit raises up the True Church through Christ-centered, Bible-based anointed preaching of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. All born-again, Spirit-filled Christians will be reconciled to God and each other. All will be united around the blood-stained banner of Jesus Christ. Genuine love for God and others will be restored. They will become “one in the Spirit and one in the Lord.” Great joy will fill the Church. The Church will go out to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus, being inspired by “the love of God shed abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit” as recorded in Romans 5. Their message will be “repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ” for salvation from all sin. They will have a great harvest of eternity-bound people.

My dear Christian brothers and sisters in the Lord, we cannot fix the apostate church. The time has come for the true followers of Jesus Christ to MAKE AN EXODUS out of the apostate church! We need to be part of the body of Jesus Christ that is true to God’s Word and the commission which He has given us. Each one of us must take his or her place within the body of Christ Jesus. Each one of us must serve one another within the body of Christ Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, and work together to support God’s will in all areas of our lives. We must restore the love of God, which is the fruit of the Spirit revealed as the rivers of living water flowing out from us. As the true Church of Jesus Christ we must form a dynasty that will enable us to do the Great Commission without depending on the world, the flesh or the devil. We must wean ourselves from asking permission from sinful men rather than following the directions our True and Living God, in order to fulfill the Great Commission God has called us to do. It is time for us to organize an exclusive dynasty as a support group that covers every area of our Christian ministries. If you would like to be part of such a group, contact me at hwright20@cox.net.

How A Carnal-Minded Sinner Comes To Be A Fruit-Bearing Child of God

Follow the trail of the following Scriptures and you will go from being a carnal-minded sinner to a fruit-bearing child of the True and Living God through the Lord Jesus Christ energized by the indwelling Holy Spirit.

How does the parable of the sower show who bears fruit unto holiness?

Matthew 13:1-9, 18-23 The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side. And great multitudes were gathered together unto Him, so that He went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore. And He spoke many things unto them in parables, saying, “Behold, a sower went forth to sow; And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the wayside, and the fowls came and devoured them up: Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixty-fold, some thirty-fold. Who has ears to hear, let him hear.” … “Hear therefore the parable of the sower. When anyone hears the Word of the Kingdom, and understands it not, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the wayside. But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that hears the Word, and shortly with joy receives it; Yet he has not root in himself, but endures for a while: for when tribulation or persecution arises because of the Word, by and by he is offended. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that hears the Word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the Word, and he becomes unfruitful. But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the Word, and understands it; which also bears fruit, and brings forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

There are four ways people react to God’s Word. First, they can reject it all together and let Satan continue to deceive them. Second, they can be a fair-weather Christian and forsake the Word if things go against them. Third, they can get involved in the cares of the world and deceitful riches and let the Word be choked out of their lives. Fourth, they can receive the Word without reservation, go all out for God and grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus. These people bear fruit unto righteous and true holiness nonstop.

The other 75% fall away and are burned in the eternal flames of hell’s fire and brimstone. As the saying goes, “If you are not all out for God, you are not out at all.” Half-hearted commitment to God will not work. A total surrender to the whole will of God brings lasting result. There are no exceptions.

Some branches support the fruit bearing branches that are joined to them. These people are ministers of God in their respective relationships that support the branches producing the fruit of the Spirit. They are supportive branches through a personal relationship. Some of these relationships are: families supporting their communities, church pastors supporting their church members, church members supporting church members, parents supporting their children, mothers supporting fathers, neighbors supporting neighbors, employers supporting their employee, teachers supporting their students, governments supporting their citizens, and nations supporting nations. Everyone acts as a channel to bring blessings to the world through a loving personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Those who are detached from the Lord Jesus Christ can do no lasting good to themselves, their God, or their neighbors. The following Scripture shows how this works in the church.

Ephesians 4:11-16 And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Him in all things, which is the Head, even Christ: From Whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, makes increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

How does a Christian bear fruit unto holiness?

John 15:1-11 I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Husbandman. Every branch in Me that bears not fruit He takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, He purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now you are clean through the Word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in Me. I am the Vine, you are the branches: He that abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me you can do nothing. If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be My disciples. As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you: continue in My love. If you keep My commandments, you shall abide in My love; even as I have kept My Father’s commandments, and abide in His love. These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Galatians 5:16-26 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that you cannot do the things that you would. But if you be led of the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Energized through the love of God shed abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit, they produce much fruit. Through the life blood of the True and Living God that comes from the root (gospel of Jesus) through the Vine (Jesus) to the branches (Christians). It produces the fruit of the Spirit.

How are the hindrances of bearing fruit unto holiness removed from our lives?

Romans 8:1-17 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if you live after the flesh, you shall die: but if you through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, you shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified together.

A fleshly/carnal lifestyle is exchanged for a spiritual lifestyle. The natural results that follow such a transaction are revealed in Romans 8:12-39; 12-15:13.

How do Christians “grow” the Word of God in their lives to produce abundant fruit unto holiness?

Psalm 37:1-11 (A Psalm of David.) Fret not yourself because of evildoers, neither be envious against the workers of iniquity (lawlessness). For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell in the land, and verily you shall be fed. Delight yourself also in the LORD; and He shall give your the desires of your heart. Commit your way unto the LORD; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass. And He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your judgment as the noonday. Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not yourself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yes, you shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Contrasts between the wicked and the righteous are shown in Psalm 37:12-40. Christians are the righteous. People living for the world, the flesh and the devil are the wicked.

In summary

There are two ways to live our life in this life – the highway of holiness or the low way of rebellion against God and His Word. Most people choose to live on the low way for the world, the flesh and the devil. Some people choose to live on the highway of holiness for the True and Living Creator-Redeemer God. In the parable of the sower we see that 25% live for Jesus while the other 75% “do that which is right in their own eyes.”

Only those who are securely attached to the Vine (Jesus) can bear fruit unto holiness. Some branches have fruit-bearing branches attached to them. These acts as a channel that supports other’s respective ministries.

We either produce the fruit of the Spirit through the power of the Holy Spirit or the works of the flesh through the carnal mind. To produce much fruit unto holiness, we must be at peace with God, others and ourselves. Our relationship with God determines our relationship with others. The more we express our love for God as outlined in Psalm 37 the greater is our capacity to love others with a pure heart, a good conscience and a steadfast faith as expressed in 1 Timothy 1:5-7.

Having truly turned from a path of sin and rebellion against God and His Word, we enter into a life of holiness, abounding in loving service to God and others as expressed in Galatians 5:22-26. This is all made possible through the Lord Jesus Christ.

Doctrines Of Devils Identied and Cleansed

1 Timothy 4:1-3 “Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.”

Are there signs of devils corrupting your church?

If so, you may not be in a church of the Lord Jesus Christ. You may be in a breeding ground for an invasion of ungodly reprobates of Satanic deception. It is very important that you make sure your church has not made its peace with Satan rather than its peace with the True and Living Creator-Redeemer God. If it has, your “church” is an enemy of God. It is not a Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a breeding ground for an invasion of ungodly reprobates of Satanic deception. It is under God’s judgment and wrath (1Peter 4:17; 2 Peter 2:20).

This blog is going to empower you to identify and cleanse Satan’s attacks out of your Christian fellowship.

The first part of this blog is going to show you how you can know you are living in complete faith and obedience to God through the Lord Jesus Christ or if you are entertaining doctrines of devils unawares. Activities will be given you that will enable you to see how devils are at work in your Church. You will be given things to do to overcome attacks of devils that are in your Church.

You are attending a breeding ground for an invasion of ungodly reprobates of Satanic deception if one or more of the following are practiced in your assembly. If it: (1) puts other books or religious writings on an equal standing with the Holy Bible as pertaining to faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17); (2) puts works and traditions on the same level as faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone; (3) says Jesus is not the only way to get to God. They say, “All roads lead to heaven” and thus call Jesus a liar Who has told us He is the only way (John 14:6); (4) uses other intercessors to get to God besides Jesus Christ when God has said Jesus is the only one (1 Timothy 2:5-6); (5) preaches a sinning religion that does not cleanse from all sin by the blood of Jesus when 1 John 1:7 says it does; (6) does not preach repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; (7) waters down God’s wrath and says “God is too good to send anyone to hell,” contrary to the plain teaching of the Bible which says otherwise (John 3:36); (8) follows a church calendar rather than a Holy Spirit anointed ministry; (9) has no evangelism outreach to sinners in its community; (10) claims to be the only denomination that preaches the true gospel of Jesus Christ when in reality they are preaching another Jesus; (11) claims to be the chosen of God while the rest of humanity are going to hell against John 3:16 which says Jesus was given for everyone; (12) does not increase your faith and love in the Lord Jesus; (13) compromises its exclusive message of salvation to make peace with other religions, like calling the Christian God and the Muslin god the same god, thus making your God equal with Satan; (14) has no interest in intercessory prayer; (15) could run its program without God’s presence or anointing; (16) calls the tongues spirit the Holy Spirit, thus making God’s Holy Spirit the author of confusion with no hope for God’s Holy Spirit to glorify Jesus (John 16:7-15); (17) allows Masons (see http://freemasonrywatch.org/) and other heathen religions on their church board, and to teach and preach in their church; (18) denies the Trinity (John 1:1-5; 1 John 5:7) against the plan teaching of the Bible; (19) Calls Jesus the brother of Satan or some other created being thus denying Jesus is perfect God and perfect man; (20) upholds homosexuality and abortion when both are an abomination to God (Romans 1:16-23). If these things are present in your fellowship and abound, you are participating in demonic deception in a breeding ground for an invasion of ungodly reprobates of Satan! If so, you are in danger of eternal ruin!

A Church of Jesus Christ would be very much different than the above list.

Jeremiah 6:16 “Thus says the LORD, ‘Stand in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and you shall find rest for your souls.’ But they said, ‘We will not walk therein’.” Proverbs 22:28 “Remove not the ancient landmark, which your fathers have set.” Romans 13:12-14 “The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.” Ephesians 6:11 “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Ephesians 4:24 “And that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.” Colossians 3:10, 12, 14 “And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him: … therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on bowels of (tender) mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; … And above all these things charity (self-giving love), which is the bond of perfectness.” 1 Peter 4:17 “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” Acts 2:38-40 “Then Peter said unto them, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.” And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, ‘Save yourselves from this untoward (perverse) generation’.” Relent! Have godly sorrow for being a part of a rebellion against God. Repent! Turn away from this lifestyle to a life that trusts and obeys your True and Living Creator-Redeemer God through the Lord Jesus Christ. If you have no influence in the church, leave it fast! Do not attempt to reform the church! Form a prayer group to support your fellowship. This is very important! Jesus is your only defense against the attacks of demons! Be ready for a real battle when you war against demonic attacks in your fellowship! Get other Christians to unite with you! Download a free PDF copy of my “7 Steps to God’s Glorious Freedom” book at www.International-Lighthouse-Ministries.com that will strengthen you in your new found faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. You may email me at hwright20@cox.net for support and encouragement. If you are the pastor or have some influence in the church, turn away from this rebellion against God, seek God’s mercy and grace for your life and make your peace with God. Ask your church to forgive you for leading them astray and attempt to turn them to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. If this fails, resign and leave! 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 “ ‘Wherefore come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord, ‘and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters,’ says the Lord Almighty.” Revelation 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, ‘come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues’.”

Buy The Truth And Do Not Sell It

   “Proverbs 23:23–Buy the Truth, and do not sell it; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding,” is God’s command!
   There is only ONE Truth. This Truth is based on a relationship. Truth is not wisdom, instruction or understanding. Truth can be bought or sold. God’s law is the Truth that produces righteousness (Psalm 119:142). The Truth sets people free from the lies of Satan (John 8:32). Jesus is the Truth (John 14:6). We are “sanctified through the Truth” (John 17:19). We are to “speak the Truth in love.” Such Truth edifies the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:15-16). The True Church of Jesus Christ is the “pillar and ground of the Truth” (1 Timothy 3:15). The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth (John 14:17; 15:26; 16:13). Obedience to the Truth brings us into a right relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. “Seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the Truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brothers, see that you love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which lives and abides for ever” (1 Peter 1:22, 23). He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the Truth in his heart” abides in the Lord’s tabernacle (Psalms 15:1, 2). The “righteous nation which keeps the Truth” shall have the gates of Heaven’s blessings opened to it (Isaiah 26:2). 2 Corinthians 4:2 says, “But those who have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the Word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the Truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:13, 14 says,But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brothers beloved of the Lord, because God has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the Truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Timothy 2:4 says,Who (God) will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the Truth.”
   The Truth is spiritual light. Lies are spiritual darkness. These two cannot co-exist. Unlike the one Truth, there are many lies. See 1 John 1:6-7. The source of all lies is the devil. Jesus told the religious leaders of His day, “You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the Truth, because there is no Truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it(John 8:44). People who want to substitute God’s Truth for something else havechanged the Truth of God into a lie” and are “worshiping and serving the creature more than the Creator(Romans 1:25). People who receive “not the love of the Truth” are lost and are perishing. In 2 Thessalonians 2:10 we are told, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the Truth, that they might be saved.” Those who believe not the Truth, but have “pleasure in unrighteousness” are damned to hell. (2 Thessalonians 2:12). We are to withdraw ourselves from “perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the Truth, supposing that gain is godliness” (1 Timothy 6:5). Education can give us a false knowledge that causes us to be “ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the Truth” (2 Timothy 3:7). When we turn away our ears from the Truth we turn to fables (2 Timothy 4:4). Titus 1:14 tells us not to give heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the TruthHebrews 10:26, 27 warns us “if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the Truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.” James 3:14 tells us “if you have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the Truth.” 1 John 1:8 is very clear when it says, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us.” John further says in 1 John 2:4 that, “He that says, I know Him, and keeps not His commandments, is a liar, and the Truth is not in him.”
   The two parables in Matthew 13 that refer to sowing sums up the result of failure to follow the Truth as it is in Jesus. In Matthew 13:19, 37-39 Jesus says, When any one hears the word of the kingdom, and understands it not, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the wayside.” He answered and said unto them, He that sows the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.”
   One of the biggest curses upon our world today is denominationalism. Every denomination has its own “truth” based on some person’s Biblical interpretation. All cannot be right, seeing there is only ONE Truth. This curse has brought seven (7) abominations upon our world as follows: “A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that devises wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaks lies, and he that sows discord among brethren” – Proverbs 6:17-19. The image of the modern church, which is to be “the pillar and ground of the Truth,” has been replaced by synagogues of Satan. This “church” has everything from homosexual pastors to such things as calling Jesus “a brother of Satan.” It is difficult to have a spiritual awakening, to get people to witness for Jesus, to fulfill the Great Commission, to have family devotions, to clean up the “swamps,” or to have agape love as the Great Commandment instructs us, with this kind of atmosphere. This has brought very grievous curses upon us from shedding of innocent blood in our abortion clinics to riots in our streets to people who are hardened against the Lord Jesus Christ, Who is the lover of our soul.
   It is time for us to “seek the Lord.” As you pray and study the following Scriptures, the Lord will lead you out of the lies of Satan into Jesus’ eternal Truth: Deuteronomy 4:29; 1 Chronicles 16:10-11; 22:19; 2 Chronicles 11:16; 12:14; 14:4; 15:12-13; 20:3-4; Ezra 6:21; Psalm 34:10; 105:3-4; Proverbs 28:5; Isaiah 9:13; 31:1; 51:1; Jeremiah 50:4; Hosea 3:5-6; 10:12; Amos 5:6; Zechariah 8:21, 22; Acts 17:27.

Beware of False Prophets and False Teachers

1. The characteristics of False Prophets/Teachers: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7:15. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. – Colossians 2:8. You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things before, beware lest you also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. – 2 Peter 3:17. But there were FALSE PROPHETS also among the people, even as there shall be FALSE TEACHERS among you, who PRIVATELY SHALL BRING IN DAMNABLE HERESIES, even DENYING THE LORD THAT BOUGHT THEM, and BRING UPON THEMSELVES SWIFT DESTRUCTION. And MANY SHALL FOLLOW THEIR PERNICIOUS WAYS; by reason of whom THE WAY OF TRUTH SHALL BE EVIL SPOKEN OF. And THROUGH COVETOUSNESS SHALL THEY WITH FEIGNED WORDS MAKE MERCHANDISE OF YOU: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not, and their damnation slumbers not. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an example unto those that after should LIVE UNGODLY; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the FILTHY CONVERSATION of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their UNLAWFUL DEEDS) The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: 10 But chiefly them that WALK AFTER THE FLESH IN THE LUST OF UNCLEANNESS, and DESPISE GOVERNMENT. PRESUMPTUOUS are they, SELF-WILLED, they are not afraid to SPEAK EVIL OF DIGNITIES. 11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord. 12 But these, as NATURAL BRUTE BEASTS, made to be taken and destroyed, SPEAK EVIL OF THE THINGS THAT THEY UNDERSTAND NOT; and SHALL UTTERLY PERISH IN THEIR OWN CORRUPTION; 13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that COUNT IT PLEASURE TO RIOT IN THE DAY TIME. SPOTS they are and BLEMISHES, SPORTING THEMSELVES WITH THEIR OWN DECEIVINGS while they feast with you; 14 Having EYES FULL OF ADULTERY, and that CANNOT CEASE FROM SIN; BEGUILING UNSTABLE SOULS: an HEART THEY HAVE EXERCISED WITH COVETOUS PRACTICES; CURSED CHILDREN: 15 Which have FORSAKEN THE RIGHT WAY, and ARE GONE ASTRAY, FOLLOWING THE WAY OF BALAAM the son of Bosor, who LOVED THE WAGES OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS; 16 But was REBUKED FOR HIS INIQUITY: the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbid the madness of the prophet. 17 These are WELLS WITHOUT WATER, CLOUDS THAT ARE CARRIED WITH A TEMPEST; to whom the MIST OF DARKNESS IS RESERVED FOR EVER. 18 For when they SPEAK GREAT SWELLING WORDS OF VANITY, THEY ALLURE THROUGH THE LUSTS OF THE FLESH, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who LIVE IN ERROR. 19 While they PROMISE THEM LIBERTY, they THEMSELVES ARE THE SLAVES OF CORRUPTION: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. 20 For if after they have escaped THE POLLUTIONS OF THE WORLD through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are AGAIN ENTANGLED THEREIN, AND OVERCOME, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to TURN FROM THE HOLY COMMANDMENT DELIVERED UNTO THEM. 22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. – 2 Peter 2:1-22. (UPPER CASE AND BOLD ADDED) See also Jude 1:6-19. 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against ALL UNGODLINESS AND UNRIGHTEOUSNESS OF MEN, who HOLD THE TRUTH IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, THEY GLORIFIED HIM NOT AS GOD, neither were thankful; but became VAIN IN THEIR IMAGINATIONS, and their FOOLISH HEART WAS DARKENED. 22 PROFESSING THEMSELVES TO BE WISE, THEY BECAME FOOLS, 23 And CHANGED THE GLORY OF THE UNCORRUPTIBLE GOD INTO AN IMAGE MADE LIKE TO CORRUPTIBLE MAN, AND TO BIRDS, AND FOUR-FOOTED BEASTS, AND CREEPING THINGS. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to UNCLEANNESS THROUGH THE LUSTS OF THEIR OWN HEARTS, to DISHONOR THEIR OWN BODIES BETWEEN THEMSELVES: 25 Who CHANGED THE TRUTH OF GOD INTO A LIE, and WORSHIPED AND SERVED THE CREATURE MORE THAN THE CREATOR, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto VILE AFFECTIONS: for even their WOMEN DID CHANGE THE NATURAL USE INTO THAT WHICH IS AGAINST NATURE: 27 AND LIKEWISE ALSO THE MEN, LEAVING THE NATURAL USE OF THE WOMAN, BURNED IN THEIR LUST ONE TOWARD ANOTHER; MEN WITH MEN WORKING THAT WHICH IS UNSEEMLY, and RECEIVING IN THEMSELVES THAT RECOMPENSE OF THEIR ERROR which was meet. 28 And even as they DID NOT LIKE TO RETAIN GOD IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE, God gave them over to A REPROBATE MIND, to DO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT CONVENIENT; 29 Being FILLED WITH ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS, FORNICATION, WICKEDNESS, COVETOUSNESS, MALICIOUSNESS; FULL OF ENVY, MURDER, DEBATE, DECEIT, MALIGNITY; WHISPERERS, 30 BACKBITERS, HATERS OF GOD, DESPITEFUL, PROUD, BOASTERS, INVENTORS OF EVIL THINGS, DISOBEDIENT TO PARENTS, 31 WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING, COVENANT-BREAKERS, WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION, IMPLACABLE, UNMERCIFUL: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. – Romans 1:18-32. (UPPER CASE AND BOLD ADDED) 15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. 16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. – Titus 1:15-16.

2. Know the truth as it is in Christ Jesus: 13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? Let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. 15 This WISDOM DESCENDS NOT FROM ABOVE, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. 16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. 17 But the WISDOM THAT IS FROM ABOVE is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. 18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. – James 3:13-18 (UPPER CASE and bold ADDED) 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. – Galatians 5:22-26 (bold added) See Galatians 5:19-21 for a list of the works of the flesh. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself for me. – Galatians 2:20. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no prevision for the flesh, to fulfill the lust thereof. – Romans 13:14.

3. False prophets/teachers you need to beware of are the authors of THE SHACK and THE COURSE IN MIRACLES. These works of darkness turn people away from the True and Living God of the Bible and, as such, are examples of works of false teachers/prophets. The best way to know counterfeits is to know the real thing. Another way is to understand the characteristics of impostors. I have showed you both in this article. These works are far from the truth as it is in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. God says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you that you shall be no priest to me: seeing you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.”Hosea 4:6.

4. What should we do to protect ourselves, our family, our churches and our world from such bold perversions of the truth of God and all His standards of righteousness and true holiness? (We should never allow such people to influence us in how we view God and His plans for our lives!) We are to, 14 Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what concord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has he that believes with an infidel? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 “Wherefore come out from among them, and be separate,” says the Lord, “and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters,” says the Lord Almighty. 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. – 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1. Study and apply 1 John to all your relationships.

Christians United For Our Nation’s Internal Purity!

My fellow Christians we must unite! The following questions should awaken us to this pressing need! How much corruption are we willing to tolerate? How long are we going to allow ourselves to be fleeced and milked to death by tyrants? How long are we going to allow narcissistic behavior go unchecked? How many more innocent babies are going to be butchered in the name of pro-choice? How much more can our nation take from perverts who are getting bolder by the minute? How many more times are we going to be demoralized by people who are allowed to function above our laws. How many more innocent people, such as our wonderful police, are going to be murdered in cold blood before we wake up? How long are we going to stand by and allow all this, and much more, to happen in the name of political correctness before we unite in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ?

While we attempt to pull “burrs” out of one another’s fleece, which is what our Good Shepherd does, the wolves are devouring our lambs, our nation is going to hell in a handbasket and our runaway government is forcing us to go against our God-given conscience.  The sad thing is some of our “churches” do very well without God and His Living Word. It turns out that such are nothing better than “synagogues of Satan.”

The only answer to all this sad state of affairs is for the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ to unite around His gospel to the world. We need to be salt and light to the ends of the earth. We ought to obey God rather than men or demons. We need a common faith that is based on a loving, personal relationship with the True and Living God of the universe. We need to be one voice at all times, in all places and in all circumstances. We need to support one another with our prayers, our faithfulness to God and His Holy Bible, and by holding one another accountable to the common faith, motivated by love to God and our fellow Christians.

My book, “The New Handbook for the Coming New Age” brings all the above together like no other. You can view a trailer for this book at U-Tube Book Trailer. God has anointed me to write this book. Everything leads to helping the Church prepare for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the true new age. It helps us unite through a common faith in the finished work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

How to Rightly Divide the Word of Truth

In 2 Timothy 2:15 we read, “Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.”

This is very important. It can mean the difference between life and death. When the Word of Truth is divided correctly people are greatly blessed. When the Word of Truth is merchandised or handled deceitfully, the end result is always eternal death and destruction.

Whole doctrinal structures are built on either rightly or wrongly dividing the Word of Truth. All it takes is one shameful misinterpretation of a passage of the Word of Truth to go down the slippery slope to a great misrepresentation of the message God has for the whole human race. The world is full of false prophets and false teachers who are proclaiming damnable doctrines of demons as gospel truth in nearly all our “Christian” denominations. This has given us millions of church members that do not have a clue concerning the victory over sin and sinning we can have in this present life. This article should put to rest any doubts you have concerning God’s plan to continually deliver all Christians from sin and sinning.

The best way to divide the Word of Truth is to study it within its context. You can come up with about anything if you take the text out of its context. By keeping the text within its contextual setting you will rightly divide the Word of Truth.

You need to study a passage of the Word of Truth to find its true meaning. Any time the text is misrepresented, God’s judgment will rest upon the person or group that does it.

As a gem cutter studies an uncut diamond very carefully before he taps it, so the Word of Truth needs to be studied the same way. When done correctly, a great jewel of truth is displayed for all to marvel and to receive a great blessing that endures for all eternity.

Everyone who is studying the Word of Truth needs to understand the grammar of the original text. You need a good interlinear Bible, good Greek and Hebrew grammars, a good Bible concordance and a good word study guide. Knowing the verb tense is very important. Seeing how the words are used in other parts of the Bible will be a great help.

The following is an example of rightly dividing the Word of Truth. The passage is Romans 5-8:1-13. The context is the whole book of Romans. Romans 5 sets the stage. Romans 6 sets the standard. Romans 7 gives the problem to be overcome. Romans 8:1-13 gives the answer to Paul’s conflict stated in Romans 7.

Romans 5:21 is the key verse in Romans 5, “That as sin has reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Romans 6:6 is the key verse in Romans 6, “Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.” See also Romans 6:23.

Romans 7:24 is the key verse in Romans 7, “O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?”

Romans 8:2 is the key verse in Romans 8:1-13, “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”

One of the keys in this passage is to understand there are three laws with three distinct functions used within its text. They are: The 10 commandment law that is used as “a schoolmaster” to bring us to Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:24-25). The law of sin and death is the slave master that keeps us in bondage to the will of Satan (Romans 7:7-25). The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus sets us free from the slave master of sin and makes us new creatures in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1-13, 2 Corinthians 5:14-21).

Conclusion: An honest study of the above Scriptures brings us to the following truths: (1) God will not peaceably co-exist with sin. (2) We cannot save ourselves from sin. (3) Observing the 10 commandment law cannot save us from sin. (4) The gospel of Jesus Christ teaches us that the grace of God saves us from sin and sinning. See Titus 2:11-14; 3:4-7.
